Just when you think it's impossible to improve on a tool, you get a grin on your face.
That's what happened when I opened the box that had three new Crescent Lufkin chalk reels in it.
My eye immediately went to the small one.
Why in the heck didn't I think of that? There are so many tasks where you NEVER need more than 50 feet!

Yes, they're very sturdy and will take lots of punishment, especially the professional aluminum one.
