Confirmation that work is set to begin on the A5 Derry to Dublin road upgrade will provide a much-needed boost to the construction industry, Sinn FA©in Infrastructure spokesperson Phillip McGuigan has said. The North Antrim MLA was commenting after the Department of Infrastructure today published its decision to proceed with the first phase of the project following a lengthy planning process.
