January 4 - Richland Community College is offering a free course where you can learn the skills that can help you get hired immediately for high paying jobs in the highway construction industry. The 450-hour training program offered through the Illinois Department of Transportation and Richland Community College is designed to increase the number of employed women, minorities, and disadvantaged in the Illinois highway construction industry.
